Lyttelton Port of Christchurch (LPC) is the major deep-water Port in the South Island providing a vital New Zealand Link in international trade routes and plays a key role in the global transport network.  LPC is a crucial player in Canterbury's economy.  It provides a gateway for almost all of the region's trade - both imports and exports, and this trade is vital to economic growth in the region.

Capital Dredge Resource Consent Project

Management of the consenting of plans to deepen and lengthen the shipping channel in Lyttelton Harbour to accommodate deeper draft vessels. Our role here has coordinated the activities of technical specialists across a wide range of fields considering the impacts of deepening the channel and assisting the Port to prepare and seek the appropriate consents for these activities.

Inland Port Noise Consent

Management of the provision of a noise consent to support increased operations at the Port's inland container storage depot in Woolston. Consent was required for a key commercial activity.
